March 2019 Family Pics

We took a few weeks last weekend. Actually we have been taking more pics since Grace was born than we ever have I think ;-) Here are a "few" more. We are grateful for the Lord's goodness in our lives and his grace over our family.

New Life Church Update

Iglesia Nueva Vida is just over a year old. Our focus over the past 3 months or so has been to start discipleship groups in several homes and businesses. We have six groups with about 30 people among them. We are a part of a Network of Churches called Red Nueva Vida. They have provided us with great material to use in our home groups.

This is one of our services which we hold on Wednesday evening.

It has been cool to have Caleb playing in church the last few weeks.

 This a group we have in another town not too far from us.

The best part is that the Lord continues to change lives. Here is a story from one of the young men that comes to our church: 

"My mother, my brothers and I live in my grandparents house, and my aunts are very bad to us. The truth is, its very difficult to live there. I feel very well in New Life Church with Pastor Ben. When I am there, I forget all my problems, and the truth is that I do not like to return to my house, because when I hear the word of God I feel very happy. The word says that God loves me. I also ask you to pray for me because I was going to do something crazy. I wanted to take my life, because I no longer wanted to live, but God sent a friend of mine and he told me that God loves me. At that moment, I started to cry and now I give God grace to help me not commit that madness."
